Digital copies of student performances are covered under the United States Copyright Laws. The Fair Use Doctrine, included in section 107 of the US Copyright law, gives students the right to obtain a copy of their performance for inclusion as a part of their personal digital portfolio. By downloading the files on this page, you state that you are using the files for this purpose and will not distribute them to anyone else. Students may now practice improvisation by clicking on the jazz improv link. Students may listen to music publisher band and jazz ensemble pieces by clicking on the Links icon, as well as check out various web pages related to music education, music theory and Tri-M. - Band students/ parents should check information such as lesson schedules, concert dates, trip information and grading information.
